Alliance Medical Ministry Alliance to host annual Fall Community Health Fair this Saturday from 8-11 am at AMM's Hope and Healing Wellness Center. This event is sponsored by the North Raleigh Rotary Club and co-hosted by El Pueblo and Dr. Rich Adelman. Services will include blood pressure screenings, dental and vision screenings, flu shots and much more! All services free for the uninsured.
