The Ralph F. Burns Leadership Institute is a highly intense experience for all involved, conducted at four regional locations across the country. Not only will this experience be memorable, it will also capture the spirit and excitement that surround our Fraternity.
The Institute was designed to reflect the qualities an...d characteristics of the man for whom it is named. Ralph F. Burns, Ohio Wesleyan ’32, was a man of Silence, Charity, Purity, Honor, and Patriotism in its truest form. We hope you’ll leave the weekend with a new appreciation for him and for what the Fraternity can bring to your life.
His example has set the bar for future generations. The Institute is an intense three day experience. In our Society groups, you will have the opportunity to discover your strengths, challenge yourself, and meet men you would be proud to call a Brother. In addition, these small groups allow brothers to challenge one another, recognize different perspectives, and/or offer different opinions.Read More

Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Grand Chapter, formerly the National Convention, is held every even year. Besides bringing Brothers together from all across the country, the primary purpose of Grand Chapter is to provide the convention at which major Fraternity decisions are made.
2010 marks the 51st Grand Chapter since they first began in 1907. The 51st Grand Chapter will take place in downtown New Orleans, Louisiana at the InterContinental Hotel.
