World Changers We have a winner! Phillip Johnson, Student Minister at Highland Park Baptist Church in Tennessee guessed correctly. World Changers was in Weslaco TX, Briceville TN, St Louis MO, Los Angeles CA and Birmingham AL in 1991. Over 1,200 students participated that summer. In 2010, World Changers celebrates 20 years of mobilizing students in hands-on mission projects!
