Need information.

I own and operate a company which manufactures metal letters for signage, ie brass, bronze and aluminum. Some of our letter jobs involve embedding these letters in concrete. When precast concrete is used, it is pretty easy for our customers to deal with the issue. However, when dealing with poured conc...rete, some customers are stumped as to how to accomplish this task, including contractors who deal with poured concrete on regular basis. In the past, customers purchased our letters and embedded them successfully in concrete with very attractive results. However, very often we are asked by customers as to how to accomplish this process, what method, technique or procedure to use. We simply don't have the knowhow and cannot help them.

I would appreciate if anyone can steer me in the proper direction where to gain information re this topic.
