 World team members Steven Legendre and Jake Dalton led a talented Oklahoma men's team during a preseason intrasquad a few weeks ago.  Check out some awesome footage of this sneak preview! 

 Let's take a look at some gymnasts over the years who have performed this incredibly difficult and still rarely seen pass...some of which you've heard of and some of which you probably haven't!

 We already took a look at two of France's most artistic gymnasts ever - Ludivine Furnon and Isabelle Severino.  Now let's take a look at two more...one of which you may know very little about.  These are some super cool videos!

 Many of us can remember some of the incredible dual competitions between the USA and USSR back in the 80's and 90's, as well as some battles between the USA and Romania.  Is it time to reinstate these dual meets in the USA? How awesome would a USA vs. RUS battle be today?

Here I'll outline all of the major benefits I believe my proposals would have on the sport of gymnastics - from fan appeal, to longevity of careers, to quality of gymnastics, to the excitement and authenticity of world and Olympic competition.

"If you're not a part of the solution, you're part of the problem."  Many of us complain about the current problems in gymnastics, but do little to offer potential solutions.  Here I'll give you what I consider the most logical direction our sport needs to take regardin...g competition formats, team sizes, and selection procedures. 

As I've ruminated over the specialist-favored trends in gymnastics that have developed over the last decade, I've realized that a lot of the problems that have been created are due to a lack of advancement in competition formats and team sizes.  Why can't gymnastics at ...worlds and the Olympics become more like swimming and track and field? 

 It's unfortunate that Ekaterina Kramarenko is most famous for the zero she scored on vault in the 2007 world team finals.  As you'll see from these videos, this Russian all-arounder who recently returned to competition has perhaps been a bit under-appreciated by the international gymnastics community.

 We've already been talking a great deal about three of Russia's up-and-coming stars, but it turns out they've got a FOURTH one who looks to be a candidate for world and Olympic gold.  Check out this hidden treasure you probably haven't seen!
