Why is AHIMA on Facebook?

What is not allowed on the Facebook page?

Please use your discretion when posting comments, photos, etc. to the AHIMA Facebook page. This is a professional page created to help you learn and network with your peers. Comments and photos that are deemed inappropriate for professional networking will be removed.

What if I don't want AHIMA or AHIMA page fans to see my profile?

AHIMA respects your privacy. Joining the AHIMA Facebook page does not allow anyone to see your profile who didn't already have access to it. Only page members who are your friends or members of one of your networks will be able to see your details. You can modify your privacy settings at any time in order to limit the individuals and networks that can view your profile.
