Cinda The planning committee met this evening and discussed among other things: gathering the logos of all our sponsors, finalizing details like routes, maps, rally bags and the fine tuning of itinerary details for floating down the Comal River. Dawn Brooks also unveiled the updated design for amerivespa.org and it's going t......o be beautiful! It should be up by the end of next week. Also a big heads up that the rooms at the El Tropicano Hotel are already filling up fast!

There were no XXl's at the event and I was told that I would be contacted and get my jacket. Looks like Warren below has the same issue. I have sent two emails to the VCOA treasurer.
