I was working in town & stopped for the first time yesterday. The food was Great, and I tried Thai Iced Tea for another first and it was better than I imagined it would be.
The whole experience was outstanding. You can count on me setting appointments in Ames often so I can, so I can come often to try the whole menu. I wish I lived closer.

Ever since transferring to Penn State University two years ago, I have been looking high and low for a restaurant with a Pad Thai as good as Thai Kitchen's. I am visiting Iowa for Christmas (with Brandon Daiker, below) and can't wait to get my favorite dish. It's true that we've tried Thai restaurants in LA, Miami,... Brandon I used to eat here every single weekday (except Monday) during the summer of 2006 when I was working at the school. I live in Pittsburgh now, but the first place I stop whenever I go back to visit is Thai Kitchen. I've been to Thai places from LA to Miami and none of them have food as delicious as this little place in the middle of Iowa. Coming back for Christmas and can't wait!
Mitch Glass Your Pork Trio is the BEST! I've yet to be disappointed by anything I order and I go go Thai Kitchen EVERY Sunday, or Ill be sad.
