Separate from the Habitat hullabaloo, U.S. Ambassador to Thailand Eric G. John, who participated in several activities with the Fo...rmer President, also advanced bilateral interests during a one-day program on November 18. His schedule included a meeting with Chiang Mai Governor Amonrapun Niminandh, a discussion with local press on commercial topics, and a visit to U.S. firm Creative Kingdom. The Ambassador also spoke briefly to a US Consulate's former intern who spent a year as an exchange student at Chrysler High School in New Castle Indiana -- the Ambassador’s alma mater.
