The 36-year-old, married, mother of four wanted to change her name from Heidi Klum to Heidi Samuel, so it would match that of her husband and children. A tour bus belonging to Miley Cyrus crashed and left the driver of the bus dead. The Miley Cyrus bus crash occurred when the bus overturned at 8:15 AM on Interstate 85 in rural Dinwiddie County, Virginia, about 40 miles (65 kilometers) south of Richmond, overnight.
