Thanksgiving sucks

@ Jim: Why?

I would like to say Thank You to Michael...Many thanks for your help with a friends reservation. Her husband ended up in the ER night before we were to leave for our vacation at your hotel, I called and explained situation and asked if she could change her reservation to begin on Sunday (11 Oct) instead of Saturday and he worked his magic and no problem. Again, thank you Michael. Her vacation was saved. :D Debra

@Debra: How is your friend's husband doing?

Thanks for asking. He had a mild stroke on the Friday before we were to come to Stovall's. He was admitted to the hospital and he insisted that she still bring the kids on the trip, tickets and hotel being already paid for, etc. You guys were great - changed her date of arrival for Sunday instead of Saturday and leaving date as Wednesday instead of... Read More Tuesday. Her husband is currently in rehab in Tucson at this time. Hopefully he will be able to return home by Christmas. (Tucson is 75 miles northwest of us). He stated that he wished he could have come along too for the trip and was extremely grateful for all your help to insure that his family was still able to come out. :D He might not be able to do the rides at the park, but is looking forward to seeing the renovations to your hotel in person next Oct.

Hi Bridgette, thanks for asking...this is my 6th year returning to your hotel. I have never had a bad experience. Each time just seems to get better. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We will be returning Oct 2010! Yay!!! Keep up the good work....Debra

I have friends visiting from norcal and they are staying at stovall's by disneyland, i'm going to hang out with them later :)

Everyone loves the Best Western Park Place Inn. Woohoo for us!!!

We stayed there at Stovall's in June 2009 and LOVED the new look! :D Will be returning for a full week again in October 2009....can't wait. This will be our 6th year coming back to Stovall's.

Did you guys fix the issues with your cable TV? The channel selection and t.v. reception was terrible!!!!

We stayed at the one across the street from Disneyland. We will be staying there again October 1&2..
