The International Energy Agency (IEA) in Paris has commissioned the Institute for Economy and the Environment of the University of St. Gallen (IWÖ-HSG) in Switzerland to conduct a research study on barriers to renewable energy project investments in e...merging markets (the target countries are Brazil, Chile, China, Egypt, India, Kenya, Morocco, Thailand, Tunisia, Vietnam).
