It’s hard to believe but it is already December! School is quickly coming to a close and the music students of Hope College would like to share the music they’ve been diligently learning this semester. Join us for the last monthly “brown bag” concert of the semester at the Holland Area Arts Council this coming Friday ...at noon. The hour-long concert will feature a variety of musical offerings including a number of pieces presented by student chamber music groups. The concert series, started last fall by Dr. Andrew Le, professor of music and head of the keyboard department at Hope, is designed to provide a variety of music in a casual atmosphere with the performers sharing a bit about each piece to provide background information to the audience. Listeners are encouraged to bring their kids or their coworkers on the lunch hour, pack a brown bag lunch and enjoy some exceptional music. (Press Release written by Sally VanderPloeg)
