Andrew Tysinger is a performer, songwriter, and producer out of San Francisco, CA.
In 2006, Andrew moved to Boston for a short time, enrolling at Berklee College of Music. While he was there, he met and collaborated with drummer Doug Standley and bassist Jacob Yackshaw to form the band Backseat Pilot. During his stay at Berklee, he wrote and produced the songs “Until I’m Found”, “Where Hills Grow”, and “Streetlights, Stars, and the Moon”. These three songs, plus the previous internet singles “Tonight” and “Where Hills Grow”, make up the debut, self-titled album, “Andrew Tysinger “.
Andrew is currently working on the entirely acoustic breakout EP, “As They Came” at Streetlight Studios in the Novato Hills of Marin County, CA. The album mirrors the setlist of “Andrew Tysinger “, but has an earthy, all-acoustic feel.
Future plans include a move to Hollywood, CA, where Andrew will be touring Los Angeles venues, growing a fanbase.
