Sounds like good news :) but most of us know what you're like , always trying to do everything at 100mph or should i say 155mph!But like you said err on the side of caution is the best way to go and as much as we all want you to be out there as soon as possible, be careful of doing too much too soon.Take care.

Hey Andy

Good to hear you're fighting fit again. Definitely good that Doug and ur doctor made you stay on the caution side we want you back to 110% ASAP and not be out for a prolonged period of time like most athletes who rush back from injury regardless of how minor or majeor it was at the time. BEst wishes!
