Animal Friends of the Valleys This dog was found with a "rope" collar completely embedded in his neck. Apparently the owner forgot to check it as the puppy grew...his fur grew out and probably hid the rope...who knows?? Very sad..found as a stray...it went to German Shepard rescue right away....
