LRC - University of Michigan The National Day of Listening is November 27, 2009. On the day after Thanksgiving, set aside some time to record a conversation with someone you care about. Share your story! You can interview anyone you choose: a relative, a friend, a teacher, a foreign friend or visitor, someone from your class or the neighborhood. D...o it in a foreign language, and then send us the files so we can feature them on our website! Check out Michigan Radio's Story Corps site for simple instructions (http://www.nationaldayoflistening.org/participate/) and then get your recording gear out. Don't have any? Contact Phill Cameron at the LRC to come in and record here with us. And, by the way: it does not have to be November 27 -- everyday is a good day for listening and having a conversation. Click here if you want to get started right away: http://um-language.blogspot.com/2009/11/national-days-of-listening.html
