On November 4, Ann Arbor SPARK will kick off its new monthly Energy Technology Forum speaker series with “Starting and Financing Your CleanTech Venture.” The inaugural event includes a panel presentation by energy industry leaders from the region, and will be held at SPARK Central from 5-7 p.m.
The Energy Technology Fo...rum is centered around the idea that successful business growth requires strong team and financial backing. Ann Arbor SPARK and an energy technology advisory group created the Energy Technology Forum to facilitate collaboration and networking among various cleantech and sustainable technologies stakeholders in the community.
Starting and Financing Your CleanTech Venture will feature Jim O’ Connell of the Michigan Venture Center, Maria Thompson of A123, Michelle Crumm of Adaptive Materials and Knut Simonsen of DTE Energy. The panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session and networking.
Starting and Financing Your CleanTech Venture is free, however, registration is encouraged.
