Reform will always involve changes. Changes always make thing unstable for short term but I always believe if you have the determination and supported by the "real" same philosophy politician you can achieve it. The challenge is always the people that you recruit now. Recruit the RIGHT ATTITUDE, CAPABLE, and TALENTED person, you will able to carry out the task more successfully. I always believe a real Leader is a person can lead forever, even after they die, their spirit and soul still with the team and it will carry on for at least 100-200 years.
