The most memorable movie for me was Precious. I don't think I need to explain why. Great movie but soooo sad

The most memorable movie in 2009 was "Hurricane Season". Alot of people didn't get a chance to see it because the studio didn't want to promote it. If there was a man in a fat suit dressed like a woman or some Tyler Perry coonery. They would have put millions behind it.

Arizona Black Film Festival is wishing you a safe and joyous holiday! In the words of Maya Angelou, “I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands; you need to be able to throw something back.” Among the gift giving you do this season; remember that true giving is when you give of yourself. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
