Arizona Education Association After a call from the Governor for a Special Session of the legislature, legislative leaders failed to pass the massive cuts proposed as part of a solution to the state's budget deficit. Reports from the Capitol say the feed bill for the cuts failed by a vote of 12 Y's and 14 N's with 4 not voting.
