Do you know your numbers for good heart health?
Knowing your numbers – your cholesterol, your blood pressure, etc. - is an important part of keeping your heart healthy. It can help your doctor determine your risks and guide you toward becoming healthier.
Arizona Woman magazine and Go Red For Women teamed up to determine just how well local women know their numbers. Please take a minute to complete this short survey.
The results will appear in the April issue of Arizona Woman. As an incentive, we’ll give away five $25 gift certificates to Dolce Salon & Spa, five gift cards (with values worth between $20 and $100) to Phoenix Flower Shops and two goody bags.
Deadline: Jan. 15. And please, one entry per woman.

Arizona Woman is teaming up with non-profit Go Red For Women to help educate the public about heart disease. It’s the No. 1 killer of women.
We’re looking for a few women to share their stories about heart disease — whether it’s about their own fight, a family member’s or even if it’s just a cause they support. We’ll feature the women in our April “Heart Healthy” spread.
