Arrow Leadership
Arrow has developed a powerful workshop entitled Mentoring Connection. This 3.5-hour workshop is designed to equip and encourage people in the local church to intentionally invest in others through mentoring.
Participants explore models of mentoring and their roles in this legacy ministry. A mentoring workbook is prov...ided which includes 23 follow-through challenges to continue engaging participants in the learning process even after the workshop is over.
This workshop has been professionally designed in partnership with Dave Garda (from Sonlife Ministries), and includes an interactive ppt presentation loaded with video clips, creative teaching elements and a comprehensive workbook for participants.

WE INVITE YOU TO CONSIDER BEING TRAINED AS A TRAINER...
A certified trainer is not only trained to be a trainer of this effective workshop, but is also equipped with all the materials required to train it skillfully. The training material includes a DVD filled with ppt (and keynote for Mac fans) slides, mpeg and avi video segments, training tips and creative teaching moments. You will be given a training template, but will discover that the DVD allows you to be highly creative in how you develop your particular presentation of the material.
The workshop is designed so that you can offer it across a coffee table to 1 or 2 others – or in a large venue to 100+ people.
Arrow already has have over 80 trainers across North America. Some only intend to use the training in their own churches or ministries. Others are offering the training in a much wider sphere – both options are excellent considerations!

Following a morning of workshop, Arrow Leadership will ...train all alumni who desire to be equipped as a MC trainer. $250 for train the trainer training - including the workshop, lunch and 10 participant workbooks (valued at $390).
