We are seeking Parachutes for Ladies to help create a performance for Next Wave Festival. 'Dance of Death: “I thought a musical was being made”' We’re putting the call out for anyone who wants to let their inner ‘tinydancer’ out. No experience is necessary, just a love for simple synchronised dance movements and ...pedestrian crossings at intersections. Think, Bystander Effect and the Kitty Genovese case without the murder! Anyone interested will need to turn up to at least 2 of the 3 rehearsals in Carlton VIC. A 'work in progress showing’ is on November 11 in the CBD which we will need our performers for with the final work debuting in May 2010…but for those commitment-phobes out there don’t worry if you can’t be sure of your availability next year - we won't hold you to it!
Rehearsals: 2pm-5pm Sat Oct 17. Oct 31. Nov 7.

I'm looking for Adelaide voice-over actors for an sci-fi audio series known as StarPol. Recording for the pilot episode will start sometime in November.
If
you have recently appeared in a youtube video, I'm willing to take your
performance from that as part of your audition. However, you MUST either
1)
have at least 25% of ...dialogue in it for me to be able to assess your
performance fully. I need to be able to close my eyes and tell what
your character in video is doing/saying.
OR
2) have a monologue within it for assessment [in which case you will need to let me know roughly where your monologue begins]
You
can then just message the name of the character you are auditioning for
and the link of the youtube video to me. Remember to have it sent to me
by Sunday, 4 Oct 2009. :) We will inform you two weeks after the
deadline if your application is successful.
If you don't get
accepted or you miss the deadline, don't fret. All future episodes will
have guest roles that require filling and we may be able to find a role
for you there!
