Arts Council of Oklahoma City Devon Energy's "Building Momentum" is a community mural art project involving Oklahoma City Schools, and the Arts Council of Oklahoma City. Nearly 100 colorful panels will line the construction fence of the new Devon building, brightening the downtown with student artwork.
