MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of the Asheville Board of REALTORS®, Inc. is to be a professional organization that meets the common needs and interests of its membership to enhance their ability to promote the sale and enjoyment of real estate while maintaining the highest of ethical standards. More specifically:

• To encourage professional growth through educational opportunities
• To encourage and foster member participation
• To protect and promote private property rights by being the pro-active voice of real estate in the political process
• To promote the Asheville area and its natural beauty while respecting its environment and quality of life
• To provide high-quality services such as the Multiple Listing Service and the Real Estate Weekly/Monthly™ at favorable rates

REASON FOR EXISTENCE: As a group we can accomplish more than we can individually
