We'll be having a "Write Beyond Reality" writing contest for teens from the 18th to the 24th, as well as great book suggestions available in the teen section of each library branch. Stop by the main library and see our "Read Beyond Reality" scarecrow on display in the Reading Garden!

Teens' Top Ten is a "teen choice" list, where teens nominate and choose their favorite books of the previous year!Voting is open Aug. 24 through Sept. 18, 2009. Winners will be announced in a webcase at www.ala.org/teenstopten during Teen Read Week, Oct. 18-24.
