Richard and Amy Hilske, along with their son, Erich, work in the 2 1/2 acre vineyard. Varieties include Marquette, LaCrosse, Brianna, Frontenac, and Frontenac Gris. In 2010, the Hilske's plan to open a winery at Aspire Vineyard in Ashland, Nebraska.
