Ashland University Recreation Center Group Fitness is introducing a fitness incentive program: "Punch Your way to a Healthy Body" The program will run for five weeks and there will be a winner each week along with a grand prize winner. For each class attended, your card will be "punched". Whoever at the end of the week has the most punches will win! Prize...s include a bookstore gift card, Dicks Sporting Goods gift card, one hour massage and many more.
