Asian Food Education Moment: Panko bread crumbs are a light and flaky bread WHEAT bread crumb, and is a bit crispier than American bread crumbs. Panko bread crumbs come in two flavors, a standard l, and a honey bread crumb. Now I can just see the honey one on chicken with some fresh harvest vegetables.
