I have never had my chin down when I think about you (it's poor table manners, you know).
My dad actually shed a small tear when he realized you would be going off on your fun adventures far away. I won't say where so that any crazy people will be able to find you.
Send me some postcards wherever you go! I look forward to them! And I will definitely hit up White Onion while in Spain.
Oh and of course, give Leek a big hug for me (that is if you and him are still on good terms). I'll miss the big guy.

Wasn't it, though?? I am still so consistently fabulous that if I hadn't told you my season is over today, you would never even know it, would you??
Your father is darling, BTW. I am so glad I got to know him this year at Noodles & Company, as well as every single one of my 531 (so far!) Facebook fans, not to mention the millions and millions of other people who love me but don't know how to use Facebook wll enough to tell me that yet.
Unlike you, my darling #1 Fan--what a fabulous Facebook Fan you've been!!
I am going to miss knowing how much you love me and how much you cling to my every word!!! If I weren't so busy packing my little suitcase and planning my exotic vacation, I'd be incredibly sad. Thank goodness for fabulous future adventures!!

That was by far the best dinner I have ever had. It was like reliving the first time I ever had a fresh, fabulous bowl of your featured dish. If I could sum it up in one word it would be: fantastical. Yes, fantastical catches the moment. And thank you for allowing me to be compared to you, if even in a very minute way. One ounce of your freshness lasts a lifetime.
I passed the well wishes along to my dad. He actually cracked a smile! You are so powerful (not to mention the powerful nutrients you have) that you can turn anyone happy. After all, the entire state of Texas is 'rooting' for you.
The next two days will be amazing. Just like you.

They say that everyone looks best in candlelight, but I don't think you could look any better than you did under the ambient lighting at Noodles & Company last night. I will never forget it!! You were almost as fabulous looking as I am!!!
LOL about your dad's personality!!! You know he's just pretending to be rotten, right? I know SO many people and vegetables like that, and they're always so SUPER tender inside. Wish him a happy Father's Day for me!!!
Only two more days, my darling #1 Fan!!! Let's make the most of them!!!

I have never NOT had confidence in your abilities. If you were able to get my father, someone who has the personality of a rotten tomato (if tomato could be any more ROTTEN...although have you seen the recent media buzz about him?), to enjoy something, you must be amazing.
If anything, it's good that we have this break. People need to realize how important you are and your temporary absence (it is temporary, right?) will make them snap out of it. I am focusing on the positive to get through it.
And no matter what happens at our fabulous, fresh, fantastic dinner, I will never forget you! Being your #1 fan, I couldn't let you down like that ya know!

Where is she registered? I must send her something. I'll make sure to mail it from a different city so she can't figure out where I am (i've had to move around a bit to hide my location from her).

Whenever I think of people living in places where there are no Noodles & Companies, it sends chills up my svelte and slender spine!!! Brrrrrr!! How horrible, even if it is in fantastic and beautiful Texas!!!

I couldn't agree with you more regarding John - Denial isn't just a river in Egypt, as they say. Still, you have to understand where's he's coming from... In his part of the world, there ARE no Noodle's and Company cafes for him to personally experience just how fabulous you truly, truly are. Perhaps by next year you can meet face to face and surely that will make all the difference.

Patience is my middle name!!
I might have had some journalism experience here and there. I am pulling out the big guns to make sure everyone knows about you regardless of your departure (dare I say that again!) in mid-June. It's just my way of making sure there is a nation of asparagus-loving fans ready to greet you next year. I look at it as a challenge, if anything.
