Atwell Photography It's mid-holiday season. Mine has been wonderful with a trip to Mobile, Dauphin Island, Biloxi, Kiln (hometown of Brett Favre), and New Orleans. No plans here for New Years Eve... yet! What are yours, and what are your big plans for 2010?? Think big!!
Atwell Photography Great news for the season, a message from Julie, a fellow photographer at Help Portrait. We took photos at a women's shelter, so due to privacy issues, this is all I can share of our session. Julie had this to say: "delivered the portraits today. boy were they excited. the staff is going to wrap them up for the ladie...s but there were tears in their eyes as they went through the pictures. OH I wish I could be a fly on the wall on Christmas morning!!"

Atwell Photography photographed SalsAtlanta 10anos last night at the GA Tech ballroom for Real Atlanta Magazine (real-atlanta.com). I got the pleasure of meeting Henry Herrara who has been ranked as one of the top Salsa teachers and dancers around the WORLD, with over fifty titles in different competitions, and I failed miserably as his... student. I had a one track mind... shoot shoot shoot. There was no dancing planned for the night.
Atwell Photography took part in Help Portrait South Atlanta with a group of fantastic women photographers. Now off to work with another great organization - Beyond World Wide Girls' School of Empowerment and Atlanta Girl Magazine. Time to MC! Here's of our fab Help Portrait... portrait.
