The Holiday Luncheon is scheduled for Tuesday, December 15th at 11:30 am at the Chamber of Commerce. A list of assigned foods for the offices will be distributed over the next few weeks.
Once again this Holiday season, the board will be holding a toy drive at the Holiday Luncheon. Toy donations will benefit the Bartow C...ounty Department of Family & Children Services Foster Care Unit Silent Santa Program, which has approximately 200 children from newborn to 17 years old. Buy one gift for a younger child or get together with your friends to buy something for an older child if you can. In addition, you can make a monetary donation so that DFCS can fulfill the kid's specific wishes to Santa. Checks can be made payable to DFCS and will be collected at the door.
