just there last night to celebrate my wife's b-day. I said this to the server the first time I visited, but BIG UPS for having a quality beer list to equal the quality wine list. (Huge pet peeve: going to a fine dining establishment with a well thought-out wine list, but beer offerings consisting of Bud/Bass/Heineken.) Hope that catches on in this town...

Re-past Restaurant Chef Joe WINS the Attack of "The Killer Tomato Festival" contest with his Summer Tomato Composition. If you have not tried this dish, it's a must before the season ends...(so is the corn soup...best corn soup in the world...seriously)...

Yes, both are on the Summer Menu. It is a must before Chef Joe changes the menu for the fall. The Tomato Composition is the profile pic. I don't have a pic of the corn soup but a pic would not do it justice. It is really the best soup I ever had!

Re-past Restaurant Today's Chef Joe Tip: Keeping Clean...Wooden cutting boards are great to use but must be kept clean. Keep salt on them to dry out, moisture causes buckling.
