Auburn University Libraries On Thursday, September 24, at 3 PM, Dr. David Carter of Auburn University's Department of History will discuss his new book, The Music Has Gone Out of the Movement: Civil Rights and the Johnson Administration, 1961-1964, in Special Collections & Archives, located on the ground floor of RBD Library. Copies of Dr. Carter's book will be available for purchase and signature by the author. All are welcome.

Special Collections and Archives, located on the ground floor of Draughon Library, has a new exhibit featuring Alabama Actors and Actresses. It showcases photographs, biographical information and miniature reproductions of movie posters on 35 Alabama actors and actresses including Tallulah Bankhead and James “Jim” Nabors.
