Audubon Center at Debs Park

By bringing people together to appreciate, enjoy and protect birds and nature, Audubon California and our supporters are building a better future for our state. We accomplish this through conservation, advocacy, community involvement, and by tapping into an active network that includes more than 50,000 members and 49 a...ffiliated chapters in communities throughout California.

Poetry readings, exhibits, family activities, birdwatching, and performances connected by a special walk to explore the natural world through the arts. A celebration of Robinson Jeffers with Oxy students, our community partners, and local high school students.

Artist Patricia González and an Audubon naturalist helped attendees discover the nature of Debs Park through art and the poetry of Robinson Jeffers. Families with children of all ages worked on their own art and took it home.
