Rules and Regulations
1. No purchase necessary to enter the Augusta On the Go You’ve Been SPOTTED® Contest. The contest will end at December 12, 2008 at midnight.
2. The Augusta On the Go You’ve Been SPOTTED® Contest is open to all ages.
3. Participants who are SPOTTED® will have their photo uploaded by a staff member of SPOTTED®. Once their photo is taken a photographer will give the participant a card with information on where to find their photo. Go online between Dec. 1 and Dec. 15 to claim your photo on the SPOTTED® website. The contest ends at midnight, Dec. 12. All images become the property of SPOTTED® and The Augusta Chronicle.
4. Employees and families of The Augusta Chronicle and Morris Communications Corp. and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
5. Prizes will be assigned to those who have been identified as winners.
6. Contestants will be informed if they are a winner by Dec. 30. Winners must pick up prize at The Augusta Chronicle News Building, 725 Broad Street, after the contest has completed and winners have been verified. The Augusta Chronicle and SPOTTED® and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize.
7. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, worldwide in perpetuity, without future compensation, unless prohibited by law. Prize winners will be required to verify password prior to awarding of the prize. Entering the contest is considered a confirmation of eligibility on behalf of the enterer in accord with these rules and any pertaining local/federal/international laws.
