Hall Rejuvenation Starting Day 10 of the HCG Protocol in our office. I usually hate eating plans and I crave carbs and sweets, but seriously for the first time I can remember, I just feel really good and don't even think about cheating. I hung out with friends yesterday, and they all ate leftovers from Thanksgiving - I had my chicken ..., mushrooms, and celery and it was fantastic. This experience has been very empowering.
