Texas State Board of Pharmacy Robert T. Myles, M.D., reports that his prescribing identification (address, DEA#, etc.) has been stolen and is being used to illegally obtain prescription medications in DFW area. Dr. Myles is an orthopedic surgeon in Bedford. Questionable prescription in the name of Dr. Myles contact Tina at Dr. Myles' office at 817...-288-0084. Dr. Myles' office address is 2008 L. Don Dodson Drive, Suite 110, Bedford, TX 76021.

Texas State Board of Pharmacy House Bill 1409, passed by the 81st Texas Legislature, amended the Texas Pharmacy Act allowing pharmacists to administer influenza vaccinations to patients over 7 years of age without an established patient-physician relationship.
