UT College of Communication Support UT alumni filmmaking! Chase Masterson (FIne Arts '85) produced and has the lead in "Yesterday Was a Lie" - a film noir that was listed in the Top 10 Films on the Festival Circuit this year by Film Threat and has received rave reviews.

Los Angeles area alumni can see the film beginning Dec. 11 at the Laemmle Sunset 5 - the DVD will be released in April 2010. Watch the trailer at the link below.

UT College of Communication An RTF Soap professional comes home to the UT campus - last month 1981 RTF grad Julie Carruthers spent a day at the College of Communication with RTF grads and undergraduates. Carruthers is the executive producer of "All My Children" on ABC and is currently involved in moving the entire production to Los Angeles.
