Allan David Hi Darius, I had the same problem but the solution is easy. You must draw the hatch, after rotate 30º, copy with base point, paste as block & scale twice on vertical. Hope help you =D

Darius Hi all.. I use AutoCAD 2008. Now learning how to draw isometric details and found one problem. I don't know how to make hatch for isometric walls. I could make the angle of lines, but how get right angle for vertical lines? I mean about bricks hatch. My sample: http://i34.tinypic.com/207uwc1.jpg

Michael

Michael Im a project engineer for a concrete construction company. My duties include shop drawings, establishing layout coordinates and calculations for formwork materials. The way CAD is set up, I would need to buy Revit Arch, Revit Struc, Civil 3D and Navis works to optimize my capabilities for the drawings I produce and BI...M. Will ACAD ever custom tailor programs for the other industries that use their products besides Archs and Engs.

Michael,

Autodesk covers many industries and the ones in which we do not there are usually 3rd party developers or partners. This is one of the strengths of AutoCAD in that it can easily be customized to a specific need or industry. http://partnerproducts.autodesk.com/catalog/default.asp

David Croley I enjoy using Autocad but I don't have a product key to reopen Autocad 2009 on my laptop. I have emailed Autodesk many times but haven't gotten any responses.
