There was this street vendor in the town where I grew up who used to sell avocados or 'aguacates'. He would go down the street with a big basket full of aguacates balanced on his head, calling out "Aguacates, Aguacates." One day he didn't look before crossing the street and was hit by a big truck. His basket full of aguacates fell all over the street. He got up, not badly hurt; picked up his basket and the aguacates, and continued his street vending saying this time: "Guacamole, Guacamole."
