I make 'chocolate pudding' with avocado. 1 avocado, 2-3 dates soaked in oj overnight-chopped up, 2-3 tbs carob powder, agave nectar to taste-mix all things thoroughly, chill for about an hour, serve. The healthiest chocolate pudding ever and the taste is wonderful too.
