Nick Diaz is a badass! Who cares if he lights up, did anyone stop and ask if you minded them chain smoking next to you? Which is in fact legal, but accepted morally because it is taxed and regulated. If he were taking steroids, hgh, or some actual type of sports enhancing drug. Then you would take action, but smoking doesn't make you superman and ...
