Join us to celebrate trees and plant your own in an attempt to break not one, but TWO World Records! There are hundreds of events taking place across the country, or you can organise your own or get involved by planting at home
BBC Breathing Places A call to all tree huggers - Breathing places needs your help. Would you like to be part of a world record attempt dedicated to the celebration of trees? Tree O'Clock - An amazing one-off international tree planting event. Plant a tree in your garden or join a local tree planting event on 5 December between 11-12. The Wildlife Trusts' National Marine Week runs from the 1st - 16th August. During this time they'll be running lots of beach and marine related events right across the UK.
It's summer, so why not get out and explore your local beaches and marine habitats. Ditching the bucket and spade and exploring a rockpool instead can be great fun, and you'll be amazed at the wildlife that lives there.
