hey baba, the rap guide to evolution is absolutely killer. i listened to a live performance you did at the darwin festival in the UK and it grabbed me straight away. i'm a hip hop fan, and i recognise it for the new form of communication it is. people like you are finding a totally relevant new place for it in this wor...ld and your fusion of ideas, humour, entertainment, literacy, critical thinking and expansion of minds rightfully belongs to a new order of story telling. you should check out some aussie hip hop while you're at it. hilltop hoods come from adelaide where i live, and they rock!

We've been loving your songs and your videos; it's great to find
another rapper who knows the pleasure of telling stories that, though old,
are not too dead and cold to be told.
We want to share our most recent retelling of a story
that we found so completely compelling that we spent a year
composing and... recording,
a tale of wrestling with challenges of timeless universality:
deals made with the devil, ambition and morality,
sexuality, temptation, and spiritual weariness
re-colored, as it were, by personal experience.
