Lucie

Lucie Hi gals/guys at BabyBeeHinds.. Just felt compelled to write to you and let you know how happy I am with my BBH's! I have 12 nappies so far (6 Magicalls, some minky, some are smooth studs and 6 Bamboo fitteds + 3 PUL covers) I am just STUNNED at how fabulous they are! I am constantly recommending them to friends wheneve...r given the chance. My son was TWO (yep you heard right 2!) when I started using them and I dont regret it one bit, only thing I regret is not buying them MUCH sooner, i shudder at the thought of how many disposables I went throu in those 2 years :O Keep up the awsome work, and the fabulously low priced MCL's :)

Helen Turner

Helen Turner HI, I am just trying to decide which type of beehinds to buy. I can not choose between the BBH fitted bamboo with PUL or the smooth AIL with velcro. Also I have twins and wonder how many would be sufficient for both. They are 10mths and around 9kgs - would they fit into the large AIL?

The good thing about the fitted nappies is that you buy less nappies overall as they aren't sized. The thing I've found with them though (as I've commented about in previous posts) is that if you have a baby that rolls over a lot during nappy changes, it is that much more difficult to get a cover on them as well.

The good thing about the AIO's is ... See Moreif you have someone else looking after your baby, people are more likely to be comfortable using them as they are more like a disposable. The fitteds aren't hard to use, but I think the clip-in liners and the fact that they need a cover confuse a lot of people. I send my son to childcare with a mix of the various types of AIO (velcro, snaps and one multi-fit and will be ordering more multi-fits) and they love them. Every time I drop him off or pick him up, someone else wants to ask me questions about the nappies.

My son is a year old (had his birthday on NYE!!!) and he's about 9.6kg and if I was going to order more AIO's I would get him the large. He's small around the waist, but the rise in the mediums I've got only just covers him in the back now. The best way to find out what size to get is to get your local consultant to do a demo for you. As far as quantities go, I normally do a nappy change every 2-3 hours during the day and use a nappy with a night booster overnight.

I'd go for some of both.. I have both and they both serve different purposes for me.. I find the fitteds with a cover bulkier so i use them at home, but you cant beat the Magicalls for going out!

Charlotte Rees

Charlotte Rees Finally my little man is big enough for his super cute multi-fits! Am interested to hear reviews of the petites as my son is long and thin and as much as I love the multi-fits they are a bit bulky on him...

Living in the moment is so much easier to do when you have a newborn to watch! I intend to start using Baby Beehinds again soon! My little Sophie is still too small for them at this point - we have magic alls in the small size and magic all in ones as well as a complete kit of bamboo and hemp fitteds and PUL and Wool covers - I just love cloth nappying! (Even though I am grateful to newborn-size Huggies for helping us through these early weeks!) xxxx
