I love my Ellegante...Have had it four winters now....but I have major problems with the threading unit...it has been changed out three times....I have over 21million stitches on my machine...but have not been able to use it in 10 months...just got it repaired to have it do the same thing about I sewed out 15 designs.....anyone out there have any advice.....it is back at the repair shop....I hope they sew out some designs so they can see what it does!!!

They tell me coats and clark thread is the reason for all the problem!! hmmmm not sure if I buy that!

Barbara, I had a problem too when I first had my
elagante. But it has worked itself out. Try using fresh thread and also there is a liquid lubricant
I put on when I use older threads. I love mine

Most likely you are saving the design as a BLF file, but you need to save it as a PES file too to run on your BL machine. That means you will have 2 separate files....1 BLF and 1 PES. You can edit the BLF as you need, but will also have to save the update as PES. Hope this helps.

Yes, Christine, we will be having this project. I just talked to Janet (she is in Arizona) and she said she is not sure it will be this Thursday or not....but we will have this project. I am still in Alameda and won't fly home until Thursday afternoon. Janet plans to be there on Thursday! Hope to see you soon!
