Backdrop NYC, the premier showcase of short films set in New York City is now accepting submissions. We are looking for shorts under 25 minutes. Selections will be broadcast on NYC TV, the city’s fastest growing Emmy AwardÒ winning network. NYC TV reaches approximately 8 million househol...ds in the tri-state area.
Previous participants include the winner of a Disney Writing Fellowship and the award-winning director of an upcoming Hollywood feature film, among many new and talented emerging filmmakers. For more info on the lineup of the first season of Backdrop, please visit www.nyc.gov/backdrop.
