Lindt Madagascar Chocolate Decadent Cake
(ECF Dessert Duel Contest 2009 Winning Cake!)
* Made from the same Chocolate Decadent Cake recipe as the previous picture, but with Madagascar 65% chocolates. The chocolate flavour was much more intense than the normal Lindt couverture used, and less milky taste to it but a stronger cocoa taste :) Exploring chocolates is fun!

Super Caramel Crunch
* Yes, lots of caramel...I already used less than what the chef did and it was still sweet....a thin slice would be good :) the meringue was great though
